Use
 
pressing and packing of wood chips, saw dust, scrap wood, waste wood chips,
also for RDF, MSW, shredder fluff,
maize, corn, sugar beet pulp,
interim waste deposits,
emergency waste deposits.

Operation (wood chips)
 
  • wood material will be preshreddert
  • the Shredder filled up a bunker feeder
  • the feeding conveyor fill up the pressing camber of the Baler
  • inside the camber the endless aluminium press belt turns around and compress the chips, the material is fulled and need, because of this all air will pressed out of the bale and a very high density is achieved,
  • during the bale stay inside the camber a net or a film is over wrapped around the Bale,
  • the Bale leave the camber and is handed over to the wrapping unit and wrapped with PE film
  • the Bale will transport to one of the discharge conveyor

  • Round Bale are easy to stack up and to take away again, with our special clamp, no danger to damage the next Bale
  • No vulnerable 'corners', low risk of damage during loading and transport

Feeder

Feeder are used to fill up the Baler continues and fast,
 
they are used to handle pre shreddered material like, EBS, RFD, woodchips, sawdust, sugar beet pulp, MSW, etc.
 

the Feeder is connected with the Baler by wire, the Baler send start/stop and fast/slow signals to the Feeder, therefore the feeding process is fast and save, overfilling is avoided
